Please read the following terms & conditions carefully before ordering.
You can buy all the products you need from “impex”.
You are requested to create an account matching your NID/Passport/Driving Licence name.
Avoid ordering with fake accounts. If the fake account is proved, the order will be canceled without notice and the price paid will be non-refundable.
Your product will be delivered to the delivery agent within 7 (seven) working days of ordering regular products. For regular products you can pay by "Cash on delivery (COD)" or any system.
In case of product delivery, you can take home delivery, courier delivery, pickup point delivery, agent point delivery or showroom delivery.
Pickup point delivery, agent point delivery and showroom delivery delivery charges are completely free! However, delivery charges will be added in case of home delivery.
In case of purchase of goods on COD, the delivery charge has to be paid in advance by the buyer. Delivery charge will be Rs.60/- in Dhaka city and Rs.120/- outside. However, delivery charges may increase or decrease based on the size and weight of the product.
However, the buyer must make full payment in advance for ordering goods worth Rs.1,000/- or less.
Please check the terms and conditions for purchasing cashback or discount products.
Discount or cashback offer requires full payment in advance. And if the payment is not completed within 72 hours of placing the order, the order will be cancelled.
Cashback or discount offers may take up to 15 working days for product delivery after payment is completed.
Please refer to “Cashback Policy” in case of cashback offer.
In case of failure to deliver the goods within the specified period, the full price paid by the buyer will be refunded. In this case, it is requested to see the "Refund Policy".
The “impexbd.com” authority reserves the right to make any changes, enhancements and modifications to the offer due to unavoidable reasons.
